Pathetic

Honestly cannot believe how path tic the service is. Placed an order, one of the items was not in stock and I was advised I would receive a refund. Then there is no feedback, now they are sending an email saying that I'm returning goods (which I haven't even received). Honestly so *********** and a waste of time dealing with this business. They have a lack fo customer service and have no idea what they are doing!
