Pathetic

I've order good from them. Got an e-mail & sms to say the shipment is on it's way. When I tracked it, it stated that I must collect it. I've e-mailed them 3 times to change this and had one automated response from them. You can't get hold of them on the phone and all the other e-mails are ignored. This is terrible and very unprofessional. Pathetic service!
