Paid But Never Received My Order – Extremely Poor Service

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Perfect Deals through PayJustNow.

I placed an order before 19 May 2026 and have already made two payments, yet I still have not received my items or proper communication regarding my order despite several follow-ups.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of customer service and accountability. After experiencing this myself, I went online and discovered that several other customers appear to be reporting similar concerns regarding non-delivery and poor communication.

I purchased these items urgently because my home is leaking due to the heavy rains and flooding, and I genuinely needed assistance. Instead, I have been left stressed, financially strained, and without any clear feedback.

I respectfully request urgent intervention and transparency regarding: • The status of my order • Assistance with stopping the remaining payment • Guidance on reimbur*****t or dispute resolution
