Overall bad service, bad products

Not even worth a star. Firstly they take forever to deliver your stuff, they don't answer their phones or emails. I eventually get my stuff, what a load of *******. I bought a trimmer and other stuff, the plugs are not South African, I then switched the trimmer on to see if it was charged, it came but won't switch off (so much for safety). The best is if you want to return it, you have to return it to them yourself and if they say it is faulty, it will take 7 - 14 days for a refund and you will not get the full amount. I have requested payfast to reverse the money paid and will go to my bank to reverse it as well. I have sent them an email to come fetch this stuff as I will not pay to return it and not get all my money. Reading the other reviews, I will never see my money. I am not one to complain but this is not professional at all.
