Customer service ia absolutely terrible!!

Order placed 27 July 2020 @9:04am.

Emailed in, cancelling my order and requesting refund on 29 July 2020.

Another email send on 5 August requesting the same and escalating the refund matter... As it has been over 7 Days and not a single email to apologise for the shipping delay or confirming ETA.

Response received on 5 August 2020, Advising me that shipment of my order will be halted. STILL NOT MENTIONING REFUND?

I responded immediately to follow up on my refund and continue to email in DAILY....

yet still no further response from you and still no refund?

THIS IS RIDICULOUS???

I recommended you guys, and was trusted to place an order on behalf of someone... Who now thinks i am a **** who has ran with their money????
