Order not received and no update

This is the second time I m ordering from this company and probably the last. Ordered couch covers on the 10th of May till today no update on order even after sending numerous emails. I had the same problem the first time but thought it will be different this time. It took almost a month to get my order. Reading reviews it seems like a norm ignoring customers. I want my order delivered please.
