Not WHT was advised

I am so ****ed off. I orderered a tricycle for my niece.it arrived wrapped in bubble wrap no box. I made an video when I opened the package. Nothing that was advertised I received. A plain tricycle where I could of bought anywhere but I wanted the one cos it had all the bells and trimming g. Music bells remote. Control for parents. This was all advised but I didn't receive anything like that I want a refund. I will not let them collect without me receiving my refund 1st. This is pathetic
