Not So Perfect Dealz

I bought 2 items from Perfect dealz online in September. Before buying the item I queried a certain part to the item and the person responded via email to say yes the product does come with that part. When I received my order. It's sadly did not have the confirmed part. The second item was a magnetic knee strap which had no magnetic qualities to the one part. I called and spoke to someone who said they would arrange for the items to be picked up. To date I am still waiting. When I call this number *** it goes to voicemail and there is no answer on this number ***. This is very unprofessional. I want a refund and for the items to be picked up
