Not even close to perfect and dealing with them is a nightmare

Poor quality wardrop,bought it two weeks ago and it's broke on the 1ns day,I called and I was promised broken parts to this day I am given the run around,today the guy consultant said I will call u back at 10 two hrs later they haven't called....I took pictures,send emails,called and no help after spending r2700,the consultant....imagine buying sumthing and not be able to use it,I put it together my self with the help of 1of they warehouse assembler and took pictures of every step,called two big guys to assist me with lifting it up to to my room when they placed it down it came down with us it shattered and broke it's legs and top....I ordered a white 4door got a brown 1,called about the broken parts and I was told it will be replaced in 2-3day even to date nothing is being replaced..
