No service at all

I think reviews needs to start having minus on them because there are businesses that do not deserve a star and Perfect Dealz is one of them. I don't know if the business has an owner and if they are aware of how bad their services is, actually they do not have a service at all. Whether one is calling, sending whatsapp or emails one does not get feedback. I have been to their warehouse twice this week for an order that i place last week Monday and somehow still ended up with the wrong product and the car charger which is not working and there is no way of me logging a request to return it. I have spent money and time driving to them and i am not sure why they have an online business, yet they don't have the system and support that caters for it. I should have read the reviews before i placed my order with them, free tip if you value your money and peace of mind stay as far away from this business as you can.
