They ignored return of faulty item and their returns policy is unfavourable to the consumers. It reads _ if you receive an item that is defective please report this to *** within 7 working days of receiving the item by sending an image or video illustration of the defective or damaged product. The product should be in its original packaging, failure to do so will result in the query not entertained. I will personally not encourage anyone to buy any electronical items from Perfect Dealz.
