No response from PerfectDealz

I have bought a number of items from Perfect Dealz and everything ran smoothly as I didn't need to return any products. Recently I bought goods and 1 item was delivered broken. I did enquire through email and called their number but you are meant to leave a message and I did. It's been 7days and no response. All I need is what process I need to follow to get a replacement. My order number is PD71846.
