NO REFUND, PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered a product through them, however when received was not to satisfaction. I contacted them, returned the item on my cost overnight beginning of August. I am still awaiting my refund. I made 10+ calls, emails, everyone promise will be paid within 24h, however nothing. David Dube, who is apparently the Client services manager, is the one I dealt with from the start. I am highly frustrated, however no luck.
