No refund/ No product.

I bought a toaster, they told me it’s not complete but they’ll give me a refund of R50 out of R500. I requested a refund for the whole item cause I won’t be able to make my toaster anyway. They said they’ll refund me it’s been 3 weeks!!! I called they told me they’ll call back and still waiting. It’s not their money but mine. I will never ever buy from them. THEY ARE *******!!!
