No Refund After Selling Me A Counterfeit Product

I pre-ordered a black "NutriBullet" from them. The original price(which was crossed out) at R2500-00. Which is more than the average price for a 600W NutriBullet. When I received my product, it turned out to be a grey counterfeit NutriBullet. I sent an email(as their website suggested) to say the product I received was a counterfeit and definately not an original like I expected(considering the crossed out price). I did not get a response.

I called them to explain. The lady on the other end said that nowhere on the website does it say that they are selling an original NutriBullet, and that I received exactly what was advertised. She said that I have to organise my own courier if I want to return it. What? Is it not ******* to advertise and sell counterfeit products? Am I the only person that expects publicly advertised goods to be an original? The product had no warranty card and not even a serial number! How is that not a safety hazard? Who will be accountable if the thing malfunctions and somebody gets hurt?

I still sent the product back. Their website says I have only 7 days to do so. I emailed them the tracking number and receipt. I received no response.

They called me when they received the package and asked me to email them my banking details on the 5th of October, which I then did. I received no response, no refund. It also costed me to return the *******ly sold product. I hope the lady on the phone didn't speak for the whole company and that the people in charge are not aware that they are selling counterfeits.

Contact me, let's get this thing sorted. I can't afford to be out of pocket, I had to save up to buy a quality blender. I would rather just pay the extra and buy an original.
