No refund

On the 4th of April I've purchased 2X Dial Vision Adjustable Lens Eyeglasses. On arrival they were both scratched so I send the back via registered post. They received their first notification of delivery to Alexandra on the 28th of August but I still haven't been refunded. They've send me a return form which I had completed then after several e-mails from me, No response from them.
