No reaction to return wrong purchase.

I bought an Automatic Smart Mopping Robot online. Instead, they sent a Sweeping Robot (no water tank). I have sent numerous e-mails, a whatsapp and an sms so I can return this robot, and have not received a single reply. According to their rules, you have to re-act in the first 7 days after receiving for them to allow you to return, in this case, the wrong product. The 7 days have expired with no reaction from this company. Wonder if other PerfectDealz customers have had same experience?
