NO MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: Items arrive different to website description

Ordered 3 x identical items and they arrived half the size indicated on the product description. I have been trying for two weeks to arrange for the items to be collected and for me to be refunded. The WhatsApp channel agent requests the same information over and over again and then it goes silent. I don't believe they are authorized to arrange for collections and refunds. The call centre number has an option to leave a message or press * star to speak to an agent, but of course the * option doesn't work. I requested contact details from the WhatsApp agent for a manager and was provided with an email address sales@*** which of course does not get a response. No management and no customer service. I certainly will not recommend this company to anyone. MANAGEMENT: I will upgrade my rating if you care to respond and rectify the issue with a collection and refund that is due to me. Alternatively, I will use every platform and ombudsman I can to report your company!
