No feedback on calls or emails

On their website it says order is now being processed: It was paid on Saturday thru Payjustnow.com. Today I phone again at 11:00 and left a message to call me back. it is now 13h45 and no callback. Left messages yesterday on WhatsApp. send email to '***' yesterday no replay.
