No feedback / incorrect tracking details

I placed an order 5 days ago, the tracking details supp**** keeps showing invalid, today I try getting assistance on the online chat, the bot keeps saying they will connect you with the correct team member yet no one ever appears to assist you, so I called them asked the lady to please check my order and confirm where it is, only to be told her whole system was reset but she would call back in 15 minutes to assist me, needless to say she never called me back. It honestly feels as though I have been ****med.
