No communication and wrong details given to courier

They sell wonderful stuff but they never respond to emails, or pick up their phones. I did an order almost 3 weeks ago, no update to say there's a delay in getting some of the products I ordered and when they eventually dispatch my order they gave the courier company wrong numbers, and they couldn't get hold of me and ended up returning back with my parcel. I had to google the courier company's depot close to me and they confirmed they were here on Saturday and the number they have I don't even know who it belongs to.
