No after sales support

The wrong product was delivered. I followed the return and support procedure exactly as described on their website and sent multiple follow-up emails. I received no response whatsoever. This shows a complete lack of customer support and accountability. Once they have your money, you are on your own if anything goes wrong. I strongly warn potential customers not to buy from Perfect Dealz unless you are willing to accept the risk of no after-sales support.
