Money paid no product received or response.. Nothing

Order PD41651 was ordered beginning of June money taken and confirmations received. Then nothing further. Phones don't get answered and no response to 3 emails. ******* service and no product or reimbur*****t offered or reason for delay. **** is all I can say.
