Misleading and False advertising with no customer service

Magic Mesh: The description on their website as well as the Box it comes in, says that the length is 83 inches which translates to 210.82 cm, the height is 190 cm, which is not enough for a standard doorway.

Secondly there are on ten tacks in the box not the advertised 20. I have taken the trouble to place one pack on doorway only to find these challenges. They do not respond to the complaints and just ignore all communication.
