Misleading advert and ************* staff

I ordered a nappy bag but I got a school bag I called aon th 13/03/2020 & I spoke to Mr Dube who promised me that he will send me the correct bag and they will collect the incorrect one but until today I'm still waiting. And when I call they don't answer their call anymore. Now my baby has arrived I'm still without a bag but they took my money. Please people of SA don't waste your time and money with this **** company try your takea lot they do give refunds for wrong items.
