Legal action against Perfect Dealz
I ordered a producted and after a lot of hussle was promised to have it delivered on time before I go on holidays but the company failed to deliver. I was given a false tracking number for fastway couriers and when I call Perfect Dealz no one answers. Those who are also affected please join me in providing evidence to the Consumer Council, I have enlisted their help and have a reference number so we can take legal action against this company

30 Dec 2019, 14:29Hi Nqobizitha, We sincerely apologize for this mishap,the tracking number is working, but unfortunately we also had trouble getting through Fastway couriers on the 24th,calls were placed on hold for hours.I provided them with the alternative address that you gave me, hoping they will deliver on time
