LACK OF SERVICE

I placed my order on Friday and paid for it on the same day. Upon confirmation of the order it states that I should receive my package within 3 days and that further communication with regards to the order will be sent via sms & email. I have sent emails trying to confirm my order & proof of payment only to get an auto response. I tried to use the chat service online & never get any response. All contact numbers on their website do not work. I am frustrated by the lack of service by Perfect Dealz.
