I've made a purchase in May and contacted them immediately after receiving the goods, advising of issue. After numerous communication from my side, they finally rep**** via hello Peter, with email contact for future correspondence. I have mailed said email address since where a copy of my banking details were requested on 18th May. This was supp**** to them on the same day. I have sent numerous follow up communication since, but have not received any feedback yet. With the last correspondence, I received an automated response, informing me that the address is not available. I would appreciate it if they could provide me with feedback, as I have provided them with everything they requested from me
