I gave up and contacted Melbro the service agents for Nutri bullet in Cape Town. An decided just to pay to have it fixed. I paid R900.00 for a blender that was not an authentic blender I was told that it was not a nutri bullet. Therefor cannot be repaired by Melbro Agents.
