Imperfect Dealz

Ordered a massager for my salon, but when I received it, I noticed the quality was so poor, I immediately sent photos of the product where it was already torn without even using it. Battled for months to get a refund / credit, only to be told the amount is available as a coupon and I can use it upon checkout. But the coupon is not valid on sale items.... EVERYTHING IS A SALE ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE! To get a half decent response is basically impossible. Worst online experience.
