HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM PERFECT DEALZ

I placed an order for Christmas presents and they sent me email to come and collect my stuff,i drove more than 34km only to find the shop closed and hence had no need for the stuff anymore as i had bought as Christmas presents.i sent more than 20 emailed and more than 15 calls and spoke to so called supervisor DUBE who confirmed they would pay my refund and to date nothing and they have even gone as far as blocking my emails making them a SPAM..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THEM SO YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.I AM TAKING THIS UP WITH MY LAWYERS!
