Horrible service and after service from Perfect Deala

I ordered a hanging chair and waited 3.5 weeks for the order, no communication from them. I sent mails, watsup - no responses.

Eventually the item arrived, wrong color and in bad condition. its been a week, I have sent numerous emails, watsups and no one gets back to a person. The item was over R 3 800 and was meant as a gift. The service and after service is horrible and I will never use them again. I do need the correct item as the one they delivered is not only incorrect but it looks like a cheap handmade thing and not as per the advertised picture. this is unacceptable service and I will not recommend them to anyone.
