Horrible Customer service and delivery

Very poor deliver and customer service. I placed an order online over a week ago and I still haven't received my order till to date. I called multiple times with no assistance instead they put me on hold for over 10 mins the they hung up their phone, when I redial they no longer answer. I'm really frustrated with their customer service and even asking myself if I'll ever receive my order.
