Actually Perfect Dealz don't even deserve one star. My business started with them in March 2022. I have odered a Cupping Set and received it quite quickly. After I have taken of the wrapping I saw that the box was not sealed and that a medium cup was taken out and replaced with a small cup. I wrote numerous e-mails to them for a replacement. Eventually they answered me, asking for a photo. I have sent it and then they disappeared again. Then they have sent a courier to pick up the set but with no replacement. E-mail after e-mail they told me on the 23rd of September 2022 they will see to it on Monday 26th of September 2022. I have not received anything or heard anything and today is the 7th of October 2022. I use this for asthma, that is why I have ordered a new set in time and now 7 months plus, I still don't have a Cupping Set that I have paid for, numerous e-mails. They just ignore me. I have given them such a good review because I have received it so quickly, but it was a big mistake. Actually I complain about terribly bad service, but there is no service, decency to answered me, nothing.
