Follow Up Report on Bad Service

Previously I wrote a complaint related to the bad service of this ompant. My update is that WhatsApp messages and pictures are still not open today. You have call them often and I decided to return the items without their approval as per their return policy. The conclusion was a refund into my bank account or a credit in their records.
