Feed back regarding payment

"We pride ourselves by providing our customers with an exceptional customer service, a great shopping experience, low prices and a number of safe and secure" these words are a JOKE i have been waiting since the 30th September for feed back on my emails and whatsapp messages im going to cancell my payment made and pay a little more somwhere else but at least i'll get a better service 😡
