False advertising and tedious process of returning products and getting refunded

I placed an order and paid for it on 22/01/2020. I excitedly received my order on Friday 24/01/2020. I informed Perfect Dealz immediately that I received a Temp & Humidity Meter instead of the Weather Forecast Clock I ordered and that the screen of the wrong product is cracked. Ketlareng, their on-line agent, asked me to email pictures of the product to them. He confirmed that they did not have the clock I ordered in stock and that they sent something similar in case I like it without communicating this with me. He then advised to use the incorrect product on the weekend and if I like it, they will give me a R100 voucher. On Monday 27 January I informed Ketlareng that I wish to return this product as well as the Make-Up Vanity Mirror which did not have a USB port for charging it, as advertised on their website. I sent them pictures of this product as well and requested to be refunded for my entire order. On Tuesday 28/01/2020 they sent me an email regretting the "unfortunate circumstance" and confirmed they will arrange an urgent collection. I provided them with my bank details and they confirmed the refund will be done within 7 working days. No further mention of the return process. On Friday 07/02/2020, Monday 10/02/2020 and Tuesday 11/02/2020 I sent an email to enquire why the refund has not been done yet. After the 14th email on 11/02/2020 and being live on the on-line chat with Ketlareng, they asked if the parcel had been collected from me and that it will only be refunded once they have the goods back. This after they confirmed on 28/01/2020 that they will arrange urgent collection! After I threatened to put all this on Hello Peter today, 11/02/2020, the goods were collected from me within half an hour. My question is: how long will I have to wait for my refund now and when will they stop their false advertising. Even today, 11/02/2020, the Make-up Vanity Mirror is still on their website with a photo confirming a USB Port which it does not have! If they deliver the products they advertise, I would have been a very happy customer. Unfortunately I was misled by their false advertising and will rather not buy from them in future. Too many hassles and a waste of my time.

Hi Karen, We sincerely apologize for the tedious shopping experience that you had with us, we will investigate this query and get to the bottom of it. Your refund will be processed as soon as we get the returned goods. It is very unfortunate that we have lost a client due to our own undoing.
