The goods, when they arrived, were clearly ****. And also the incorrect model. I double checked online and they were in fact counterfeit Michel Mercier detangling hair brushes. Like, it was really clearly obvious. Their website also lists picture of both the item and the packaging that are authentic but do not match what was sent.

I also tried to contact them via email to specify the model. No reply and incorrect model arrived. I sent the email 2 minutes later I placed the order. I tried to contact them regarding the **** goods and returns. No reply. They won't refund the shipping fee and I'll have to pay extra to ship it back to the. Honestly not worth the effort.

I'm sorry but Perfect Dealz is run by ****bags and I can only hope that the SAPS raids them for their counterfeit goods soon.
