Extremely disgusting service and bad quality products

on Friday the 8th of March I made an online purchase of a hotbelt for R55, a snail stretchmarks cream for R29, a 6 pack or abs wheel for R85 and a 6pack or abs mobile gym for R99, which was delivered on Monday the 11th and I was happy until I app**** the stretchmarks cream; because of that cream I know how death feels like; the cream causes the body to be extremely hot; at first I thought it's because I was using it for the first time; 2nd time I couldn't take it because my body was extremely hot I hardly fell asleep so I had to throw it in the dustbin; the hot-belt got torn after 2 day but I can't be surprised hence the real hot-belts cost more than a hundred rand; the mobile gym; firstly on their online advert they don't state that the thing requires batteries, so after reading the manual I went to buy the ever ready AAA + 1.5V batteries and tried to use as per instructions; firstly it doesn't stick to the body at all; secondly it doesn't work at all; so on Wednesday the 13th I sent perfect dealz an email and requested that they collect the item and refund me as their refund policy but after 3 days I hadn't received any reply so I emailed them again and again... and ow on the 11th my colleagues asked me to other the hot belts for them as well.. I did and that has not been delivered as well. my colleagues requested me to order for them due to seeing how fast I had received my order but after this service I'll never recommend perfect deals to anyone ever again
