Dont waste time or money purchasing from them. Once somethong goes wrong they dont fix it within reasonable time. If ever....?

Very bad experience. Still waiting for my refund. Was told on friday as soon as the packages which they sent to incorrect person has been recovered my refund will be looked at. I contacted that person over the weekend and she confirmed that those parcels have been picked up from her. So they are just playing for time. We phone all our airtime out. Manager is never available to come to the phone. And doesnt phone back either. So they received r1550 a d could not deliver the parcels. They confirmed that they made the error on their side bit now instead of fixing it they are just full of exuses every day. Will never make use of them again. Not reliable at all.
