I purchased a blender on 14 July 2022 from perfect dealz. They have a WhatsApp assistance line and when I made the purchase they communicated with me about delivery ect.

After a weeks I enquire about the delivery, they said they don't have the item. They will have to order it. They will receive it in 5 weeks. I agree and after 2 weeks when I enquire about the delivery they said they cannot get the item. Each time I had to ask them and they would give me different excuses why they cannot get the item. I left a message for the owner to call me, he still has not, I sent messages on WhatsApp a week ago and no responce. I want the item they advertised for. When I purchased the item they were acknowledging and responding to my whatsap message. Now they not. It's either they advertised the wrong price and want to get out of the deal or they the worse online backyard company. I don't know what to do from here on now. They left me in the dark.
