DO NOT send emails!!

Hope and pray you don't have an issue with a product. Customer support is virtually non-existent. After multiple emails telling them the product is defective and I need a replacement they eventually sent a courier to collect it. Then to confirm if they received it or not I sent more emails getting no reply. I eventually called after holding for a long time and they confirmed they received the item. Now, more emails asking when I will be receiving the replacement. After a week I have still not received an update. Do not send emails, you will not get a reply.
