Dishonest - Total bul****ters that advertise that you can return an item and dont keep up to their promises

I have purchased a super**** mop more than a month ago now and requested to have it returned as it does not work. They keep on making false promises to collect the item and refund my money. I have been liaising with Tanah and her exxuse is the courier companies were on strike. Who is she trying to fool... They still haven't collected my item and haven't refunded me.. They are making it bad for other smaller businesses that are being honest. Disgraceful!!!
