Dishonest retailer Perfect Dealz

I purchased a LED Bathroom Mirror 0n 16 March 2026, from Perfect Dealz via their website, Their confirmation of purchase advised that the item will be delivered within 24 hours, after 48 hours, I contacted their offices in Wynburg Sandton, all their lines constantly ring, I was 1st in the call queue and waited 20 minutes before the call was answered, I was told that there was a mix up and they are sourcing a new item from their warehouse, 2 weeks later there was still no delivery, I contacted the head office again with the same call wait experience, this time I was told that they are still sourcing the item from their warehouse, At this point I told them to cancel my order and reimburse me, I was told by Jason a Manager this will be done, My Wife visited their offices they following morning, She too met with a Jordache another manager, and confirmed they will cancel the order, Jordache kept her updated on the reimbur*****t, to a point advising that the refund was processed and should see it the following morning. which never transpired. I constantly called without any satisfaction of being connect to someone to escalate the refund, A week later, we get a delivery from them without any notification, it was a damaged cheap knock off from one of these China Malls, and not the product, quality and colour I ordered. It took another 2 days for them to answer their phones, Until I spoke with Eric a dispatch agent, who arranged for the item to be picked up, It has been 3 days, and no one has contacted me to confirm if the order is cancelled and to inform me if I will be reimbursed. It seems the managers ignore the customer, continue to process an order irrespective of the correct item or the customer request, so that they still get paid their premium without care for the customer. Again, I will have to phone to find out what is happening to my reimbur*****t, from my experience, I would not recommend anyone buying from a dishonest company like Perfect Dealz.
