Dishonest Online Retailer Amended

I would like to set the record straight for other viewers, once the employees at Perfect Dealz were made aware of my problem, I have had great response and communication from them. They are now going to replace my order which was lost in December. They loose 1 star for not communicating this fact to me. Otherwise well done.
