Dishonest Online Retailer

Hi Everyone, do not order products online from Perfect Dealz, I ordered a product on 07/12/2018 and paid for it, by 14/12/2018 I inquired where was the product, I then went on leave. The order was for my daughter. Only remembered last month about the stand and asked her where it was. Guess what, it was never delivered. No communication what so ever. My inquire was met with, we will attend to your query within 48 hours. If you phone, the operator on the other side, can hardly speak English and tells you to track your parcel via the internet. Wow, thanks for the help.
