Dishonest behaviour and inferior quality goods.

I purchased many products from them by way of two orders, most of which were of inferior quality. 3 of the purchases were returned and undertakings were given as to a refund. First it was the next day, then the Tuesday when the accounts lady is in, then it was 7 - 21 working days. All these days have come and gone, still no refund. Upon calling them, I'm told they cannot "force" the accounts department to pay the refund, they can only escalate the my query/request, which they have already done and therefore they did what they could. Needless to say, still no refund! To me this borders on dishonesty. Please support me by making this sort of unacceptable behaviour public!!
