Disgusting service and not following through with an order

I've bought from Perfect Dealz about 3-4 times and my recent experience with them has been so disappointing I will never buy from them again

The first issue I had, was that they charged me more on my card than was on the checkout, they advised me that I would be offered a voucher on December 8 and to this day, I have not received such. I don't understand why it should be a voucher because I paid using my card and I should be refunded back into my bank account

The second issue I had was that they delivered the wrong colors than those I specified, the pets assisting me alleged that I didn't specify and when I sent the proof via Whatsapp I didn't even get an apology. I was advised that a driver would come and collect and have been waiting since

The third issue is that they don't make any communication and when you try to contact them, they don't bother responding

I'm so disappointed and will never buy anything from them again, what a terrible way of doing business
