Disgusting service - actually NO service

I placed my first and last order with Perfect Deals about a month ago. Paid thru Payfast as requested and put in my reference as requested. I got confirmation from Payfast that my payment was successful and saw the amount go off my bank account. I heard nothing from Perfect Dealz so sent them an enquiry. I then received 2 messages: one said they hadn't received payment and the other said they don't have it he items I ordered in stock and asked for my banking details to do a refund. I sent my banking details on a reply message and sent my Proof of Payment. I have had no response and have sent numerous messages asking them to respond and refund me. This company must be a ****. I'll definitely never order thru them again.
