Disgusting service
Pathetic service. I've been patient for 2 months to either replace or refund my purchase. To date I've been pushed around and I still don't have a replacement or refund. The most recent promise was they will refund and send a free lava lamp for the terrible service I have received. Even that was an empty promise I haven't received my free lava lamp and my refund.
